Raphael Amaral Pires Pinto da Silva holds a Bachelor’s degree in Law from the Pontifical Catholic University of Paraná – Londrina Campus (PUCPR) and was approved in the 40th Unified Bar Examination. During his undergraduate studies, he gained practical experience in various legal fields.
He interned for one year and nine months at the Public Prosecutor’s Office (16th and 25th Prosecutor’s Offices), working in General Crime Repression, where he assisted in case analysis, drafting legal documents, and supporting criminal prosecution.
Additionally, he gained experience at the Public Defender’s Office, working in Civil Law, specifically in Family Law, Succession, and Enforcement, where he drafted petitions, assisted clients, and monitored legal proceedings. He also worked for seven months at the law firm Strozzi, Daguer, and Calixto, focusing on Civil Law and Consumer Law, contributing to legal drafting, legal research, and court hearings.
Finally, he served as a teaching assistant for the Practical Legal Assistance I course, supporting students in drafting petitions and assisting the public.
