Alexander is responsible for the areas of Family Law and Successions. For over 15 years, he has been dedicated to various issues related to these two areas, always acting with synergy and care towards the client, especially due to the specificities involved in these areas. Alexander’s work involves both consensual and litigious matters, in both extrajudicial and judicial spheres. In the Family Law area, among the various issues that Alexander usually deals with, highlights include the preparation of prenuptial agreements and deeds of stable union; change of property regime; acting in judicial or extrajudicial agreements or demands for dissolution of marriage or stable union; in the regulation of custody (national and international), visits and alimony, as well as in the division of assets, rights, and obligations. Works related to the Successions area are also part of the professional’s daily routine, where he is responsible for advising and drafting wills and last wills, in administrative and judicial inventories, as well as identifying alternatives to better accommodate the will, the estate, and the management of assets after the owner’s death.
