With a background in Law and Accounting, he has experience in tax and corporate law, with a focus on corporate reorganizations, succession and tax planning. He built his career at a boutique law firm in Paraná, specialized in corporate law, where he worked for sixteen years as a partner and coordinator of the tax and corporate departments. His practice concentrated on tax litigation and mergers and acquisitions (M&A), advising companies in the beverage and construction industries, and participating in major transactions, including those in the agribusiness sector.
He is a member of the Londrina Institute of Tax Law (IDTL) and is now part of b/luz’s Londrina office, which advises clients from various industries.
