Lawyer with over 3 years of experience in the areas of Legal Consulting, Legal Advisory, and Process Management. She has worked on matters related to banking law in the advisory sector during the early stages of her professional career, as well as on lawsuits involving claims for moral and material damages. She has also developed skills in negotiation, conducting hearings, meeting deadlines, and drafting legal documents from the initial stages through to execution.

She also worked in the field of Family Law, handling deadlines and defending clients’ interests in cases involving child support, custody, divorce, and parental alienation.

She partnered with law firms in Londrina, Paraná, to handle extrajudicial labor settlements with judicial ratification, especially concerning severance payments. She completed the “Labor Law Practice” course taught by Professor Danilo De’l Arco, where she became familiar with labor law calculations. In the same vein, she handled social security claims and benefit requests before the INSS (Brazil’s National Institute of Social Security).

In 2023, she participated in the International Legal Plus Program in Valladolid, Spain, where she gained direct insight into the country’s cultural, political, and legal systems. She published a scientific article titled “Labor Compliance Tools for Risk Prevention – a Comparative Analysis between Brazilian and Spanish Law”, and currently serves as the Legal Representative for Paraná.
