Diogo has over 10 years of experience in the Corporate field, with nearly 10 years of service on behalf of B/Luz and extensive expertise in investment and M&A transactions. He developed an interest in Corporate law since 2007 and is currently pursuing a postgraduate degree in the field. His career in Corporate and M&A law began in 2009, working for renowned law firms and large companies, including BVMF (now B3 – Bolsa Brasil Balcão). Throughout his professional history, he has always been dedicated to delivering his work with excellence and practicality, aligning with B/Luz’s innovative profile.
/ Graduated from the Faculty of Law at the University of São Paulo (USP);
/ Post-graduate in Corporate Law from Fundação Getúlio Vargas - FGV;
