With six years of experience working as a Lawyer in both Advisory and Litigation sectors, Giovanna has specialized in Civil and Corporate Law. Her work encompasses a wide range of responsibilities, including the drafting of legal briefs and initial petitions, registry procedures, contract drafting, legal auditing of financial operations — with an emphasis on securitization — as well as property consolidation and the preparation of agrarian titles.

Giovanna also served as an Advisory Lawyer in Sinop-MT, where she provided legal counsel in Corporate, Business, and Tax Law. During this time, she was responsible for advising on corporate matters such as company incorporation and dissolution, amendments to articles of association, succession planning, incorporation of corporations (S.A.), trademark registration, and extrajudicial debt collection.

At the beginning of her career, Giovanna interned at the State Penitentiary of Londrina – PEL II, in the Criminal Law field, where she was involved in legal assistance, monitoring inmate admissions and releases, as well as processing and tracking sentence reduction requests and protocols.

Her first internship began in her first year of law school at a law firm in Londrina, focusing on Civil and Corporate Law. During this period, Giovanna was responsible for external services, drafting of initial petitions, client service, compliance with procedural deadlines, client registration, and other administrative tasks within the firm.
