For two years, he held the position of Director of Institutional Affairs at the Brazilian Association of Private Equity and Venture Capital (ABVCAP). He was also a titular member of the Council of Resources of the National Financial System (CRSFN), representing the National Securities Commission (CNB). He worked at Bovespa for over 15 years, where he served as Legal Consultant, Secretary of the Board of Directors, Secretary General of the Market Arbitration Chamber, and Market Supervision Superintendent. He was also the General Superintendent of the Securities and Exchange Commission (CVM).
