Lawyer specializing in Corporate and Contract Law, graduated in Law from the Pontifical Catholic University of Rio Grande do Sul (PUCRS). She began her career in Business Law by providing legal support to various technology companies at PUCRS’s Science and Technology Park (Tecnopuc) during her undergraduate studies. She also assisted in the implementation of the TecnopucLaw Project, an initiative by the PUCRS Law School in collaboration with Tecnopuc, aimed at supporting entrepreneurs in development programs with their legal issues.
Over the past few years, she has been actively involved in drafting business contracts and corporate documents, as well as providing direct support for internal company demands and legal consultancy in foreign contracts. She is the author of scientific productions and articles in the field of Commercial Contracts, with international publications.
