Rafael has always been interested in technology, and because of that, he started studying Industrial Engineering at the Mauá Institute of Technology in 2014, aiming to apply new trends in process optimization. During his education, he participated in the newly created esports club at his college as its first full director, where he worked for 3 years, structuring and developing this new group. Today, Rafael works on developing and enhancing performance tracking tools in various areas with the help of cutting-edge technologies, enabling greater knowledge and improvement of internal processes.
