Rafael Peixoto Abal has led the b/luz Santa Catarina office since 2019.
He has over twenty-five years of legal experience in Santa Catarina, with fifteen of those dedicated to Law and Technology, being one of the pioneers in this field in the state.
He serves as Legal Advisor to ACATE and as a consultant and mentor for several innovation programs, including MIDITEC, one of the top five business incubators in the world in 2018, 2019, and 2022.
He also teaches in the postgraduate programs at the School of Magistracy of Santa Catarina (ESMESC).
