With contentious action in demands from internet and technology companies, e-commerce, fintechs, service applications, games, advertising agencies, media/media companies, streaming platforms, among many other segments;

/ In Family and Succession law acts in the defense of clients in extrajudicial and judicial inventory processes, wills, divorces, custody, pension, recognition of paternity, sharing, change of property regime, prenuptial agreements, constitution, dissolution and recognition of stable union and adoption.

/ At the in the Real Estate field, coordinates the team responsible for real estate operations, with a multidisciplinary team to deliver a variety of real estate solutions, including: (i) negotiations and structuring of purchase and sale of properties (urban and rural); (ii) negotiations and drafting of residential, commercial, built-to-suit and shopping center lease contracts; (iii) real estate due diligence; (iv) restructuring of properties for corporate and succession planning; and (v) expansion projects with structuring and leasing for the operations of dark stores and last mile hubs.
