Works in Intellectual Property advisory services, with experience in trademarks, patents, copyrights, and industrial designs, advising companies in Brazil and abroad. Her work includes risk assessments, prior art searches, legal opinions, portfolio management, and coordination of administrative proceedings before the INPI, WIPO, and various international jurisdictions. She works daily in Portuguese and English, providing strategic support for the consolidation and expansion of IP assets.
Her legal career has been shaped by experiences that broadened her perspective and strengthened her technical skills. At Itaú Unibanco, she worked in high-volume labor litigation with a focus on the Superior Labor Court (TST). At Machado Associados, she worked with direct taxation and preventive analyses. At PUC-SP, she served as a teaching assistant in Legal Methodology and Logic II, strengthening her critical thinking and academic rigor.
Fluent in English and with intermediate Spanish, she is driven by innovation, continuous learning, and the development of comprehensive, strategic, and efficient legal solutions.
