Victor took a leap into the financial world and never looked back, having a background in Economics from PUC-SP but working in the Finance sector since 2016, with a focus on Financial Planning and Controlling. As he distanced himself from the traditional financial market and saw the convergence of different areas within companies, he began studying more about how digital tools could assist in his work in various ways, allowing him to dedicate himself more faithfully to the development of strategic processes. This ranged from automating banking processes to continuous improvement in presentations (moving away from Excel/PowerPoint) and focusing on more modern tools. He also ventured into the world of game translation and was involved in the finance department of a startup, working not only in finance but also in HR, IT, and Facilities.
