A escolha correta depende da finalidade, do contexto e do tipo de dado envolvido. Consentimento, obriga\u00e7\u00e3o legal, execu\u00e7\u00e3o de contrato, exerc\u00edcio regular de direito, prote\u00e7\u00e3o do cr\u00e9dito e leg\u00edtimo interesse s\u00e3o exemplos de bases aplic\u00e1veis a dados pessoais comuns.<\/p>\n<p>Para dados sens\u00edveis, a lei imp\u00f5e bases mais restritivas e requer salvaguardas adicionais.
