O Encarregado de Prote\u00e7\u00e3o de Dados, tamb\u00e9m conhecido como DPO (Data Protection Officer), atua como ponte entre controlador, titulares e ANPD. Suas atribui\u00e7\u00f5es incluem receber reclama\u00e7\u00f5es, orientar colaboradores, monitorar conformidade e elaborar relat\u00f3rios. O nome do encarregado e seus contatos devem estar dispon\u00edveis em local de f\u00e1cil acesso, preferencialmente no site da organiza\u00e7\u00e3o, podendo ser pessoa f\u00edsica ou jur\u00eddica, de dentro da organiza\u00e7\u00e3o ou terceiro contratado para tal finalidade. A designa\u00e7\u00e3o formal, aliada a autonomia e recursos adequados, demonstra comprometimento com governan\u00e7a em privacidade. Em pequenas empresas, a indica\u00e7\u00e3o de um encarregado n\u00e3o \u00e9 obrigat\u00f3ria, mas \u00e9 recomendada pela ANPD.<\/p>\n
