Throughout my professional career, I have developed solid experience in civil litigation, with strategic work in drafting defenses, appeals, and other procedural filings, always guided by the pursuit of efficient legal solutions and risk mitigation for clients.

I worked as an attorney at Urbano & Vitalino Advogados, as part of teams specializing in mass civil litigation. During this period, I was responsible for conducting strategic cases, drafting responses to claims, appeals, procedural motions, and defining legal arguments in disputes involving major companies, including Azul Linhas Aéreas, Midea, Nagem, Springer, ClimaZon, and Banco Carrefour. This work required strong command of Civil Law, Consumer Law, and Civil Procedure, as well as analytical skills, management of high case volumes, and strict compliance with deadlines.

I later began working as an independent attorney, focusing on Civil Law and Consumer Law, providing both advisory and litigation legal services to individuals and companies. In this role, I develop customized procedural strategies, monitor all stages of legal proceedings, and pursue effective solutions for preventing and resolving disputes, always guided by ethics, technical excellence, and commitment to my clients’ interests.

My academic background complements this practical experience. I hold a law degree from Universidade Salgado de Oliveira (UNIVERSO), a postgraduate degree in Tax Law from EBRADI – Escola Brasileira de Direito, and I am currently pursuing postgraduate studies in Civil Law and Civil Procedure at Escola Superior da Advocacia (ESA), maintaining ongoing legal education and professional development to provide technical, strategic representation aligned with the latest legislative and case law developments.
