Given the increasing presence of the National Data Protection Authority (ANPD), it is essential that data processing agents are prepared and informed about how the authority works, its structure, its powers, its scope of action, and the various stages of an administrative process.
In order to promote understanding of the administrative procedure adopted by the ANPD until sanctions are applied, throughout this year we will be launching monthly Guides detailing the ANPD’s administrative process.
