The e-book is a comparison between the law that regulates provider liability on the internet in the European Union (DSA – Digital Services Act) and Draft Bill No. 2,630/2020, which includes obligations for digital platforms, search tools, and messaging apps in Brazil.
Our goal was to identify points in Draft Bill No. 2,630/20 that were indeed inspired by the European law (mentioned 26 times in the report) and what unique points are present in Brazilian legislation.
