PhD in Public Policy from UFRJ. She is a senior lawyer and coordinator of the Technological Regulation area at b/luz, with more than 10 years of experience in coordinating regulatory analyses, research reports and legal opinions. He dedicated himself to academic research for years and worked at FGV-Rio’s Center for Technology and Society (CTS) on projects on copyright and piracy, internet regulation, online content moderation, access to digital files and digitization. Over the years, I have written articles and chapters on intellectual property and innovation. He has a master’s degree in Law and Development from the Pontifical Catholic University of Goiás (PUC-GO), where he also graduated in law.
