With over 18 years of experience in the market, he practices in the areas of Administrative Law, Labor Law, and Environmental Law, both in advisory and contentious spheres.
In the field of Administrative Law, Eduardo served as Secretary of Administration for the Municipality of São José do Cerrito/SC and Parliamentary and Legal Advisor in the Legislative Assembly of Santa Catarina. Considering his professional trajectory, he currently assists our clients in drafting legal opinions and providing consulting for strategic decision-making in all phases of bidding processes and during the execution of administrative contracts.
In the area of Labor Law, Eduardo assists companies before various government agencies, such as the Labor Court, the Ministry of Labor and Employment, and the Labor Public Prosecutor’s Office, and also represents our clients in meetings with the Regional Labor and Employment Secretariat and Regional Labor Prosecutor’s Office.
With regard to Environmental Law, Eduardo’s expertise allows him to assist clients in negotiations with the Public Prosecutor’s Office, Agencies, Associations, and Councils related to the environment. Thus, he assists our clients from the stage of initiating environmental inquiries, to drafting contracts and environmental clauses, as well as representing them in administrative proceedings and lawsuits at the municipal, state, and federal levels.
