Over the past years, Fernanda has supported numerous companies of all sizes in restructuring or expanding their sales channels, particularly through franchise systems. Her expertise includes operations involving the establishment of new channels, closure of channels, transition of franchise network control, and the update or modification of franchise systems. Fernanda is a specialist in Corporate Law and is completing her Master’s degree in Business and Corporate Law, during which she delved deeper into franchising relationships.
