Over the past years, Fernanda has supported companies of all sizes in restructuring or expanding their sales networks, particularly through franchise systems. Her experience stands out in operations involving the creation of new channels, termination of existing ones, transitions in franchise network control, and updates or modifications to franchise systems. Fernanda holds a specialization in Corporate Law and earned her Master’s degree in Business and Corporate Law, during which she conducted in-depth research on franchising relationships.
