Lawyer with solid experience in corporate law, corporate governance, business contracts (with a focus on technology contracts), mergers and acquisitions, venture capital, and private equity, involving both national and international structures. Acquired expertise in medium and large law firms and in the legal departments of multinational and technology companies (with a focus on the gaming industry), where had the opportunity to coordinate international projects involving corporate law in general, with a particular emphasis on complex corporate reorganizations involving multiple countries and jurisdictions. Also has experience with legal issues related to digital business, intellectual property, innovation, digital advertising, data protection, civil litigation, and arbitration, having contributed to publications in international journals on the latter two areas. During university and early career, gained extensive experience in pro bono advocacy at the largest and oldest nonprofit civil association providing legal assistance to the vulnerable population of São Paulo/SP. Through nonprofit institutions, has acted as a mentor to young individuals in university or early career stages in various areas of law.
