Giuseppe decided to transition from engineering to law after completing a course in sustainable energy management with a focus on social aspects during an exchange program in the Netherlands. He began his legal career in the Research and Development department at B/Luz, later transferring to the Corporate team, where he gained experience in corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, and general business contracts. He currently works in the M&A team.
Graduated in Law from Pontifical Catholic University of São Paulo.
