Her experience includes working at prominent law firms recognized for their specialization and focus on real estate practice, as well as a significant trajectory in full-service firms. These experiences have provided her with a comprehensive perspective—not only a segmented view of the real estate sector, but also a multidisciplinary one.
Her practice encompasses structured transactions, diverse operations involving rural and urban properties, leases, logistics warehouses and similar developments, registry and extrajudicial procedures (such as development registration, rectification, compulsory adjudication, etc.), strategic partnerships, real estate mergers and acquisitions, the constitution and structuring of guarantees, receivables securitization, real estate crisis management, and investment funds.
