With a specialization in corporate and business law, Marcela has consolidated her practice in corporate consultancy and litigation, as well as in M&A operations. Experience on such fronts allows you to structure negotiations and contracts efficiently, aiming to prevent and/or resolve conflicts and guarantee the safety of the parties involved, including in operations as relevant and dynamic as Venture Capital. Marcela has a Master’s degree in Commercial Law from PUC-SP, a Master of Laws (LLM) in Corporate Law from Insper, and teaches subjects related to these areas in postgraduate courses and specializations, dedicating herself to the academic area as a continuous improvement to her professional technique. .
