On February 02, the ANPD launched a public consultation to formulate regulations concerning data subject rights. Contributions must be submitted by March 04, through the “Opine Aqui” section within the Participa+Brasil platform.
The public consultation is organized into seven blocks to facilitate the analysis of the contributions:
- Relationship between the controller and the data subject;
- Information regarding the processing activities;
- Data portability;
- Data correction;
- Anonymization, blocking, deletion, and objection in case of irregular processing;
- Consent revocation; and
- Decisions based on automated processing.
