Ana Paula Silveira is a senior associate and coordinator of the Media, Advertising & Entertainment practice at b/luz. She has been with b/luz since 2017, focusing on specialized consultancy for the sector, including contract drafting, advisory on the feasibility of advertising actions, and complex regulatory analysis. Ana Paula has been individually recognized as a key lawyer by Legal 500.

Over the years, she has contributed to papers and book chapters on digital advertising and the liability of application providers. She is also a lecturer, having taught courses in 2025 such as “Digital Influencers: Strategies and Best Practices,” offered by the Interactive Advertising Bureau Brasil, and “Copyright and Social Media,” offered by ESA/OAB (National School of Advocacy – ESA, the educational arm of the Brazilian Bar Association’s Federal Council).

Ana Paula graduated from the University of São Paulo (USP), holds a postgraduate specialization in Digital Law from ITS-Rio (in partnership with UERJ), and is currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Law and Development at FGV/SP. She is a member of the Media, Entertainment and Culture Committee of the São Paulo Bar Association (OAB-SP) and actively participates in key industry groups, including CONAR’s working group on betting advertising (Annex X), where she is currently involved in updating the annex and developing complementary regulatory materials, as well as CENP’s committee on best practices for digital influencers.
