Ana Luiza has over seven years of experience in Digital Law, Privacy and Data Protection, Intellectual Property and Technology, advising Brazilian and multinational companies across a range of sectors.

Throughout her career, she has worked on data protection compliance projects, including data mapping, the development of governance documents, data processing agreements, impact assessments, support in security incidents, and awareness and training initiatives. Her practice also includes legal advice on Artificial Intelligence in light of regulatory references and international frameworks.

In Intellectual Property and Technology, Ana Luiza has solid experience with trademark registration proceedings, management of intangible assets, structuring of digital businesses, and advising companies and research centers on innovation incentive laws and Research, Development and Innovation (RD&I) projects.
