Felipe has over 15 years of experience in law and technology, with a strong focus on advisory work in media, entertainment, and intellectual property. Over the past eight years, he has deepened his expertise in digital law and personal data protection following his postgraduate studies in Intellectual Property and New Business at FGV Direito SP. He holds the CIPP/E (Certified Information Privacy Professional – Europe) certification from the International Association of Privacy Professionals (IAPP), of which he is also a member. Felipe currently focuses his skills on assisting clients with a wide range of issues related to privacy, personal data protection, and data governance. He was recognized as the Rising Star of the Year 2022 in the TMT: Cybersecurity and Data Privacy sector by The Legal 500 and as one of the Associates to Watch by Chambers Brazil 2024.
