Over 18 years of experience in the areas of labor consultancy, compliance, and strategic labor litigation, for domestic and foreign clients.
Relevant activities in labor consultancy: experience in matters related to employee and executive compensation, such as review and implementation of policies and stock option plans, short and long-term bonuses and profit sharing; preparation of consultations and opinions on several subjects of Labor Law; drafting/reviewing employment agreements, executive management agreements, service agreements, non-competition, non-solicitation, retention and confidentiality agreements; participation in union negotiations and development of collective labor standards; advice on issues related to expatriate employees; participation in negotiations of extrajudicial agreements and mediation procedures to prevent disputes; direct advice on human resources issues for Brazilian and foreign clients; and advice on corporate operations with a focus on assessing and mitigating labor risks.
Relevant activities in labor litigation: experience in defending the interests of companies in strategic, individual, and collective labor disputes, in addition to procedures initiated by labor officials and the Labor Prosecution Office.
Relevant compliance activities: leading internal investigations to review irregularities and fraud by employees and executives; carrying out training and seminars for companies aimed at best practices relating to sensitive issues, such as moral and sexual harassment, discrimination in the workplace, diversity, in addition to reviewing and implementing codes of conduct and ethics.
