Startup Ecosystem
We are nationally recognized for providing legal services to emerging technology companies. We help entrepreneurs to draft the articles of incorporation of their companies, analyze the feasibility of their business models and corporate structures, draft purchase agreements and agreements to protect their intellectual property, support the startups in their investment stages, term sheets, due diligence, draft shareholders’ agreements, establish metrics, draw-up contracts in general, and assist clients to set-up legal assessment tools, internationalize their companies, and establish exit strategies.
B/Luz is an institutional collaborator of the Brazilian Startup Association and other entities that promote the startup sector. We play an important role in raising awareness about the best market practices, and in the recent years we have been providing tutoring, lectures and content sessions in the main Brazilian entrepreneurial centers, such as Cubo, Campus São Paulo, CASE, Fair for Entrepreneurs, Path Festival, among others. Additionally, our firm has a permanent portal with exclusive content to help startups make their best legal decisions for their companies.
