Hannah Bernstein is an attorney specializing in Intellectual Property, Data Protection, and Technology. She has experience managing and protecting trademarks and copyrights, addressing infringement, drafting cease-and-desist notices, negotiating settlements, and reviewing contracts. In privacy, she works on LGPD compliance projects, including data mapping, ROPA, risk assessments, DPIA (RIPD), LIA, drafting policies, and legal opinions. She also advises clients on matters related to artificial intelligence, digital platforms, and emerging technologies. She holds a law degree from PUC-Rio, an LL.M. from American University, and is currently pursuing postgraduate studies at ITS Rio/UERJ and a Trademark Law course in the Master’s in Commercial Law program at USP.
