We assist our clients in drafting and monitoring patent and registration trademark requests with the INPI, as well as assist in managing their property rights regarding their electronic pages, before the Brazilian Internet Management Committee (CGI.br). We provide administrative and judicial litigation services in connection with their intellectual assets misuse.
